Retail Sales Representative
(Business Development – North America)
Location: Toronto, ON (hybrid with travel)
Type: Part-Time with potential to go full time (20–25 hours/week, hybrid with travel)

Overview:
We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Retail Sales Representative to expand the retail presence of Saranghae and Orora Skin Science across North America. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about K-Beauty and understands both luxury skincare and modern consumer behavior. You’ll identify high-potential retail partners and franchises, secure new accounts, and represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Key Responsibilities:
Research, identify, and secure retail and franchise partnerships across Canada and the U.S.
Conduct outreach to spas, wellness boutiques, medspas, and beauty retailers aligned with our demographic
Present and pitch products to retail buyers and owners, including product education and brand storytelling
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of target customer demographics (age, ethnicity, psychographics, shopping habits)
Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to generate leads and represent the brand
Prepare proposals, manage follow-ups, and oversee new account onboarding
Work closely with the Retail/Training Coordinator to ensure seamless support for new partners
Skills & Experience:
3–5 years experience in sales, business development, or retail partnerships (beauty, skincare, or luxury goods preferred)
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent presentation and relationship-building skills
Deep understanding of North American retail landscape and consumer behavior
Passion for skincare, wellness, and the K-Beauty movement
Valid driver’s license and willingness/ability to travel when needed
Compensation:
Base Hourly Rate: $30 – $40/hour
Commission: 5–10% on new retail accounts or large partner contracts
Estimated Annual Equivalent (based on 20 hrs/week): $32,000 – $45,000 + commissions
