Overview:

We are looking for a creative, trend-savvy Content Creator to lead the digital storytelling for Saranghae and Orora across all major social platforms. The ideal candidate is a content powerhouse and is someone who understands beauty, skincare, and wellness deeply, and can translate that passion into scroll-stopping, emotionally resonant content.

Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualize, plan, shoot, and edit daily content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms

Create original video and photo content showcasing our products, founders, other team members, and community stories

Stay ahead of social trends, sounds, and viral opportunities within the skincare and wellness categories

Plan and execute weekly content days in office: sourcing props, planning setups, booking talent/customers, and managing shoot logistics

Build and maintain an organized content library with labeled folders for photo, video, and campaign assets

Collaborate with marketing and design teams on brand campaigns, launches, and collaborations

Write engaging captions, hooks, and storylines that reflect brand voice

Analyze post performance to refine strategy and optimize for growth and engagement

Skills & Experience:

2+ years experience in content creation or social media marketing, ideally in beauty, skincare, or wellness

Proficiency in video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar) and graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)

Deep understanding of current social media algorithms and platform nuances

Strong visual aesthetic and understanding of luxury, lifestyle, and skincare branding

Must have a portfolio of original content and three professional references

Compensation:

Salary Range: $48,000 – $60,000 annually
