Creative Content & Operations Coordinator

Overview:
We are looking for a multi-talented Creative Content & Operations Coordinator to support both the digital storytelling and day-to-day operations of our Korean skincare brands, Saranghae and Orora Skin Science. This role blends creative production with organizational excellence. The ideal candidate is a trend-savvy content creator with strong administrative skills, passionate about beauty, skincare, and wellness. You will help bring our brand vision to life while ensuring our office, team, and processes run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Digital Marketing
Conceptualize, plan, shoot, and edit content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms
Create original video and photo content featuring products, founders, team members, customers, and community stories
Stay ahead of social trends, sounds, and viral opportunities
Execute weekly content days: sourcing props, planning setups, booking talent/customers, and managing logistics
Maintain an organized content library with labeled folders for photo, video, and campaign assets
Write engaging captions, hooks, and storylines that reflect brand voice
Analyze content performance and optimize for engagement and growth
Collaborate with marketing, design, and leadership teams on campaigns, launches, and partnerships
Operations & Administrative Support
Manage daily administrative tasks and support smooth office operations
Assist founders with calendar management, travel planning, meeting preparation, and content day coordination
Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.)
Assist with onboarding and HR coordination for new hires
Support team operations during product launches, content days, and in-person events
Coordinate deliveries, inventory shipments, and pack product orders
Skills & Experience
2+ years experience in content creation, social media, administrative support, or a hybrid role
Proficiency in video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.) and design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
Strong understanding of social platform algorithms and trends
Excellent organization, multitasking, and communication skills
Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and project management tools (Asana, Slack)
Strong visual aesthetic and understanding of lifestyle, luxury, and skincare branding
Portfolio of original content required, along with three professional references
Positive self-starter with a passion for beauty and wellness
Compensation:
Salary Range: $48,000 – $60,000 annually
