Shipping & Order Information

Thank you for shopping with Saranghae! Here’s what to expect when you place an order:

Order Processing:
Once you place your order, we carefully receive, pick, pack, and quality-check your items. This usually takes 4 to 24 hours.

Shipping:
We ship from California, Texas, and Pennsylvania to help your order arrive faster and keep costs low. For most locations in the continental U.S., delivery takes 3 to 7 business days. Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, and other U.S. territories may take a little longer.

When your package is on its way, you’ll receive a shipment notification email with a unique tracking number. We work with all major carriers, including the United States Postal Service, to get your order to you safely.

Shipping Costs:

1) VIP Members: Always enjoy free shipping (orders must be placed through your Saranghae account/customer portal).

2) Non-members: Orders under $75 include a $5.99 shipping & handling fee. Orders $75 and above ship for free.

International Orders: Duties, import taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
