Location: Toronto, ON (hybrid with travel)
Type: Part-Time with potential to go full time (20–25 hours/week, hybrid with travel)
Reports to: Director of Retail / Founders 

Overview:

We are looking for a personable and organized Retail & Training Coordinator to nurture relationships with our existing retail partners. This role bridges sales, education, and customer care, ensuring every retailer is well-supported, stocked, and trained to represent our brand with excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the main point of contact for all existing retail accounts

Manage inventory restocks, orders, and in-person or courier product deliveries

Conduct in-person or virtual training sessions to educate partners on new launches, product benefits, and best practices

Visit retail locations regularly to assess merchandising, display standards, and staff engagement

Collect partner feedback to improve brand performance and customer experience

Track sales trends per retailer and provide monthly reports to the leadership team

Support marketing with in-store activation days, demos, and local events

Identify opportunities to deepen partnerships or expand product presence in-store

Skills & Experience:

3+ years experience in retail coordination, account management, or training (beauty or skincare preferred)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills; confident presenter and educator

Detail-oriented, proactive, and customer-service focused

Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets for inventory and reportingValid driver’s license and ability for local travel

Compensation:

Hourly Rate: $27 – $35/hour
Estimated Annual Equivalent (based on 20 hrs/week): $28,000 – $38,000
