Beta Test Instructions


Thank you for becoming a part of our Beta Test Program.  We really appreciate it.

The Saranghae Beta Program is a controlled test of our new technology platform and features.

Before we launch our main e-store to the general public, we hope to optimize customer experience by incorporating your insights and recommendations.


We simply ask that you browse and use our beta test e-store like you would any other e-commerce website.

Please feel free to purchase using your 30% Discount Coupon for all your transactions.

If and when you encounter an obstacle, an error or anything that doesn’t make sense just let us know via email at or through our LiveCHAT app (located at the bottom right of all pages at all times).

Now, before you get started, a few items you need to know:

  1. We’ve migrated all of your historical data from our old system to the new system.  So we kindly ask you to NOT purchase any products from the current main e-store  Please keep all purchases and activity to the beta test e-store:

  2. Your 30% off coupon code that you should have received in your welcome email will be active for the duration of the BETA test, please use the coupon code at the checkout page.  If you did not receive your 30% off coupon please email us at

  3. We’ve added a LiveCHAT feature located on the bottom right hand corner of the e-store.  If you find any issues with the e-store please let us know by using the LiveCHAT feature.  There will be a live agent ready to help Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 4:00 pm EST.  Outside of these hours, you can still submit your questions or comments and the system will create a support ticket on your behalf.

  4. Please keep in mind that not all of the pages, features and functionality have been completed.  Many are still under construction so please expect “under construction” messages on some of the menu items and pages.



Then go ahead and browse freely and purchase any product as you wish (using your 30% off coupon of course).


Guess what, we are releasing our most requested feature - a personalized account management portal.

Past purchases, next membership bill date, shipping address etc.. are all now available to you instantly.  You can still contact us OR you can self manage your account.

So let’s start by creating your personal account, please follow the instructions below: 

1. At the top of the website, you will see a navigation bar. Click on the client portal icon on the upper right corner of the navigation bar (next to the shopping bag icon)


2. From the login page, you will see fields to enter your email address and a password; however you must first click the “Create Account” link to set up these details.

3. IMPORTANT: You will be required to enter your first and last name, email address and create a password to create your account. You MUST use the email address that you have used when making your previous Saranghae purchases. This is the email address where you receive your Saranghae order confirmations, shipping notifications and pre-bill notifications. Should you enter an alternative address, you will not be able to access your historical purchase date or your current memberships. If you have multiple emails addresses, we recommend that you carefully check which address you have used at in the past before you create your account.

4. Once you have created your account you will be able to log back in at any time using the email and password you created during this set up.

5. In your account you will see three tabs; allowing you to view and manage your Subscriptions, Order History & Account & Billing. Please view the information under each tab to verify that it is accurate.

6. You are now able to edit your shipping address, manage your memberships and view your order history. **Important - please review each of your subscriptions. You will see that your auto-renewal cycle has been reset to 45 days. Please adjust this cycle to suit your needs by selecting your order frequency from the drop down menu.
